Who Am I?

Cyraeth's Biography:

She was born as an only child to gypsy elven parents on Deepchill 10 and from the moment her mother was well enough to travel after having recovered from her birth, they were moving from one town to the next, never stopping long as her father and the other males of our group continuously grew restless, eager to be on the road once more.
Her childhood was a lonely one and often she would wander off by herself instead of playing with her cousins and the other children that travelled with her family.
Her mother was the one who seemed to understand her need for solitude the most.
She understood what it was like to crave being alone. Understood the need to be left alone with thoughts and to be left alone to dream.
Often she would come to Cyraeth's bed and tell her of her travels of solitude and tell her what she used to think about when she was out there alone in the wilderness.
Those were the times Cyraeth enjoyed most, listening to her mother tell her of her childhood and although Cyraeth's sure she got sick of her asking her for it, her mother always told her the story of how she met Cyraeth's father. Cyraeth would often fall asleep, listening to her voice soft voice, a smile on her face.
As time passed, Cyraeth slowly grew out of her shell and would often entertain her cousins with stories and songs that she'd made up during her time of solo exploration.
Every time, she would find herself with a rapt audience and she formed some very strong friendships with them all.
As Cyraeth grew older, she started to lose them as, one by one they were killed in orc raids or they decided to settle in a town that they were passing through, marrying a local girl or boy, settling down as she wished that she would someday do.
Then all of a sudden Cyraeth was alone again and she started to retreat back into herself, spending more and more time away from her parents and the rest of the large gypsy family, exploring further and further by herself until her mother started fretting about her whereabouts and her safety. But always Cyraeth would return, just when her mother was about to send her father and uncles searching for her, covered in scratches and bruises but still alive and well.
After a while, it became almost a tradition for Cyraeth's family and herself and they wouldn't start worrying until night fell.
Then, one day they arrived in a large city named Sable. From the moment they stepped through the gates, Cyraeth knew that this would be the place she would finally settle and her parents knew it as well.
Instantly Cyraeth left them and began exploring the large city and it was then that she met the elf mage, Maelyn, who took her under her wing and showed her around.
Maelyn introduced Cyraeth to many of her friends and by the time Cyraeth's parents and family decided that it was time to move on, Cyraeth had befriended many of them.
Cyraeth had very little time to mourn the departure of her family as straight away she immersed herself into becoming a mage, studying and training as hard as she could.
During her first year in the large city of Sable, she gained her first taste of love with a human fighter named Aldurin. For the first time in her many years, she was really and truly happy but then things started to go bad. His distrust of her pushed her away and then he forgot her and she knew then that it was over. She believes that he did try to find her but then, as she disappeared from his memory, he slowly faded from hers.
Almost immediately she met an elven sorceror named Jhakis and right from the start, they clicked together and were inseparable, together from the minute they woke until one or both of them went to sleep once more.
During the relationship Cyraeth finally fulfilled her dream of becoming a real mage, relinquishing her much unwanted title of apprentice. With this new title Cyraeth gained many more responsibilities and she will never forget her first time fighting in an orc invasion. She was terrified. She'd never seen an Orog before and the sight and the strength of it shook her up so much that after the first attack, dizziness set in and she was thankfully escorted back to the lore by a fellow mage, Maxander, where she promptly passed out. A good first invasion, no?
Jhakis and Cyraeth were together for over a year before things began to go wrong with her and she knew it was her that was at fault. She started to feel claustrophobic, tied down, and turned to hunting to escape him. During this time, she made some very special friends that she hadn't had the chance to do when she was with him and she slowly became aware of what she was missing when she was with Jhakis.
Eventually she knew what she had to do and she sat Jhakis down and explained to him how she was feeling. They parted on semi-good terms and she thinks they're still good friends although it has been some time since she last saw him.
After that relationship ended, she decided that she wasn't going to enter any more relationships, at least not anytime in the near future. For now she just wanted to be free to do whatever she wants, whenever she wants. Just be free to be herself and to concentrate on making herself stronger so she might fulfil another of her dreams, to hunt with Maelyn.
In her newfound freedom, she found herself making even more new friends and, formed a very special friendship with Daurora. One that she hopes will last a lifetime.
Thus ends that part of her life. I'm sure she'll add more soon.
