| Have we missed anything the last months? Well, not anything ... except the Cypriot Pride in football (not the Warwick Pride Panteli...) |
| So what were the club achievements the last months? I know you are wondering if there were any achievements, but the opposite will be proved..... 1. Probably the only team in the league that started a match with 8 players (Due to some people finding more important listening to Markides, Papapetrou and others... and not taking care of their national responsibility) 2. Probably the only team EVER (there might be a previous Cypriot team) that 80% of the goal conceeded were scored after the 70th minute... 3. Probably the only team in the league with average mistakes of at least one (1) per minute (if we get the ball in a minute that is). 4. Probably the only team in the league that 90% of the goals scored were in the 1st half (the remaining 10% were own goals scored in the 2nd). 5. The only team ever in the history of football that managed to be in the first two matches on the top of the league and the last two of the season at the other bottom of the league! 6. A remarkable 8 straight defeats! (i don't know the exact number... just go at SUNION site and figure it out yourself, i am bored going there...) |
| So saying that, which is the best player for the club? Definitely and with no doubt: Christos Patsinakkos. The player that proved in 6 minutes (that is his whole career) that he is a player that you can trust. We have chosen him, basically he is the only player that has not done a mistake in a period of 5 minutes. |
