The length of the explaination can be as long as you want (so this means you can write till you feel that you have best explained this mad man's ravings.) Make sure that the meaning of the sentence makes sense! Try to get into the psyche of Woo Lae Oak Tree. What makes this guy tick? Why would he say the sentence, "All your base are belong to us?" I mean how fobby is he? Have fun with it, slander the guy if you want to...just explain the sentence and get the prize (which has yet to be named.)
