| THE ADRIAN'S CAFE TRIPLE SOLO ACT CONCERT | |||||||||||||
| On September 29, Jimmy March, Paul Solecki, and Clyde Kim got together and performed some of thier best songs in front of an audience at Adrian's cafe. Heres what you missed out if you didnt (or couldnt) make it to the concert. Clyde played twice, then Jimmy played twice, then Paul played twice. Clyde played two more times, some people left, Jimmy played three songs, Paul began to play another song, Clyde had to work the register while Paul was playing. Jin (Clydes older sister) bought a stuffed croissant, and after Paul played another song Clyde played one last song. Afterwards, all three of the acts got together and played the super secret song. ...and thats what happened. Dont you guys feel like you missed out? No? I didnt think so. Seriously, I had fun at the concert and hoped everyone who went enjoyed it too. Jimmy made us think with a couple of his very very moral songs. Paul took us on a nostalgic trip, and played some of his old Carnivorous Grass favorites. And for the first time in my entire life, I played a serious song. Afterwards we all got together and played our acoustic rendition of Michael Jacksons Beat it. Other notable things you guys missed was the girl who walked in with the very low cut neglige on. I think Jae Yoo pretty summarized the entire experience when he said, Oh man look! You can see her boobies. There was a sound problem half way through with one of the speakers...that wasnt as impressive as the girl though. And if you happen to be Caucasian, you missed a very (and I mean very) large Korean audience. So to summarize what you missed, Korean audience, boobs, and some what muffled sound. Now I bet youre kicking yourself for missing out. |
