| The Banquet will be held at : Dugan's Restaurant and Banquet 7900 Roosevelt Blvd. The banquet will be held March 21, 2004 doors will open at 3:00pm. Tickets will go on sale January 24,2004. Talk to your head coach or see the League Commissioner for details. Adult ticket = $ 20.00 Players ticket = $ 10.00 reduced price Child tickets = $ 10.00 Dinner consist of : Adults / : Capon chicken, 2 vegetables, soup & salad & Players Children : Chicken nuggets / fries |

| Coaches let me know if you would like to hand out any extra team player awards (limit 2 to 3). For example (most improved, sportsmanship, most valuable player, etc. ). Your school will have to foot the bill but I will add them to our order for you after payment. Or this is where your refund from the $ 75.00 could go. | ||||||||
