This dog is guaranteed to be in healthy condition at the time of sale. This guarantee is conditioned only on your agreement to take it to reputable Veterinarian directly after purchase for examination. If this proves the dog to be other than healthy condition and it is returned to me immediately with a letter from the Veterinarian as to its condition, the purchase price will be returned to you, otherwise, this guarantee is null and void. You, the buyer, will have 10 working days to have this dog checked. 2. Should the new owner wish to sell said dog at any time, breeder shall have the “First Right of Refusal” which means that the breeder MUST be contacted FIRST if said puppy has to find another home. Breeder will have the FIRST option as to what will be done with him. 3. New owner agrees that the said dog nor any puppies produced by said dog, will NOT be sold to any pet shop dealers, commercial kennels, or “puppy mills” or be wholesaled at any time. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the OWNER shall pay the SELLER $1,000.00 per puppy sold to such establishments. 4. Lost – If the dog(s) is/are lost or stolen, new owner will notify Cynthia’s Puppies immediately. 5. Cynthia’s Puppies is NOT responsible any of cost from the Vets. 6. The dog(s) will NOT be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting from abuse, neglect, or accident. Also dog(s) will NOT be replaced if used for breeding. 7. Must have Vet update on this/those dog(s) and must have them on heartworm preventative every month. Written proof from the Vet will be required every year to Cynthia’s Puppies. 8. Change of address – In the event that the new owner of this/those dog(s) vacate the address and premises of the property listed and/or change his/her/their telephone number noted on this contract, must immediately notify to Cynthia’s Puppies of any changes.
