Edible Fire Trucks
We researched the web and found a really cool recipe to make fire trucks we can eat.  As the teacher read the directions, the students created their own fire trucks. We then "graded" the trucks to see whose looked most like the picture on the internet.
Ingredients

1 1/2 graham crackers
red food coloring
cool whip (we used this instead of icing or cream cheese)
pretzel sticks
mini wafer cookies
black licorice
small red candy
