| We Stop For Good Behavior! |
| We use a stoplight management system in our classroom. Each child has a clothespin with a car attatched to it. Every morning, every car is located on the green light. If the child does not follow procedures or directions, the following actions are taken: warning 2 - car gets moved to yellow light which results in a warning check 1 - car gets moved to red light which results in five minutes time out and a note sent home to parent check 2 - the student's name is written on the board, five minutes time out and teacher/parent phone conference is requested check 3 - referrel to office and parent conference Each Monday, you will receive a notification of your child's previous week. Be looking for this in your child's Monday folder. |
