These shops carry very few items. Weapons and armors sold here are unique to each store, and can't be found elsewhere.
So I will no longer use blue to indicate new items. But to indicate rare items in the "Artifacts".

Everything you can buy here can also be found in Tolbi, Lunpa, and Lalivero.
And yes, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the rare items you can buy in Tolbi, Lunpa, and Lalivero can be bought here.
So you don't need to transfer these from GS.
