LOVE
On 8-22 1991 I started attending a small church. My son Nathan had met a preacher at Bible School during the summer and wanted me to meet him. There were so many issues going on in my life that I was eager and ready to run back to Jesus for divine peace & unconditional love. On 9-12-1991 The preacher Randy & his wife Elaine came over we talked, prayed and read scripture together. I was sitting at the edge of my seat excited when Elaine asked �Cindy, are you ready to accept Jesus as the Lord of your life?� I was crying happily and said �Yes!� We said the sinners� prayer together. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and loving moment that I�ll never forget. I was baptized on 9-15-1991. Then I joined a ladies bible study group called �A Woman of Excellence�. Immediately I felt that my daughter Echo who was 3 should be dedicated to Christ. She was. Within a few weeks I had joined the choir and asked our preacher if I could speak to the church. If you know me you would know I am terrified of public speaking. I was nervous but happy to share what was happening in my life. I gave the speech to the entire church about my testimony and talked about the fruit of the spirit. For a year I was on fire and in love and made sure everyone knew how wonderful having the holy spirit and a relationship with God was. Everyone in my family noticed my new *life* & *love* surrounding me. By February of 1992 I had learned to pray with passion and truth. Soon I began to receive many answered prayers. Two of my family members also dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ. My son Nathan wanted to be baptized but his father was resisting. This was heavy on my mind & heart. He lived with me part-time & his father part- time. I received many supportive and understanding messages and scriptures to help me deal with being apart from my son. Yet I was hurting and I knew Nathan was too. I was praying day and night to have Nathan come live with me full-time. On 3-25-1992 I was praying when a light full of love surrounded me and I heard �My child you are chosen to lead them to the light.� Isaiah 11:6 I was scared but felt so loved. Later that day I was praying for my son Nathan (& others) when the same thing happened but this time I heard �The moon is a reflection of the sun as you are to be a reflection of the SON.� Romans 8:29 Something was happening to me internally and I didn�t understand everything that I was feeling. I was a little scared to pray for awhile but who can stay away from such LOVE� 4-2-1992, I had an intense, divine connection that struck me from head to toe during prayer. I was crying deeply because I was afraid but still in awe and feeling love too. Then I heard, �Why do you cry my child?� I couldn�t speak. Two flashes of light permeated my entire body. I saw angels all around me and they were singing, �Holy, Holy, Holy.� Everything I saw and felt was Amazing, Beautiful and Peaceful. LOVE was everywhere around me and within me. My husband came to church for Easter services. I was proud to be singing a lead part with a friend in the choir. It was so good to see him in church. He had never come before. I had been going every Wednesday and Sunday with my daughter Echo since 1991. After the church service we went to my parents house for Easter dinner. My mom asked me a lot of questions. The next day she accepted the Lord Jesus and became a Christian. Happy. Happy. Joy! On 4-21-1992 I was given the scripture Luke 6:38. Your prayers and petitions will be answered. Give and gifts will be given to you. Good measure, pressed and shaken down and running over into your lap for whatever measure you deal out to others will be dealt to you in turn. 4-29-1992 Started a Moms in Prayer Group for our Street where we lived. 5-1-1992 I was given the scripture 1 Corinthinas 14:1 Let TRUE LOVE be your aim. 5-20-1992 I sent letters to my family and friends explaining all that was happening to me. 5-22-1992 I was given the scripture Exodus 12:13.14 which has to do with the Passover and there was a warning that included Mark 7:24-30 telling me to be persistent in my faith for answered prayers. My husband had not heard from his daughters in a previous marriage for a long time. They called and spoke to their Dad. 5-26-1992 I was cleaning house and busy running around doing my chores. My husband usually worked overtime and was going to college at night so sometimes I felt lonely. I was just starting to think about being lonely when I heard �I am with you always�. : ) WOW! 5-28-1992 I received another warning scripture. Luke 21:36 Be on the alert, praying at all times for strength to pass safely through all that is coming. So you may stand in the presence of the son of Man. 6-1-1992 The ladies of the neighborhood prayer group were discussing an outing with our children to the beach. I was concerned because we didn�t have extra money or a reasonable car that would make it to the beach an hour away. So� 6-2-1992 I received this message loud and clear, �I will supply all your needs.� Phillipians 4:19 That same day I took a spiritual gifts test to see where my spiritual strengths were. I was close to having a 50 the top score in all 7 of the gifts: knowledge, discernment, evangelism, music, faith, wisdom and mercy. There was a drought starting in Africa so I began to pray for rain for Africa daily. 6-22-1992 One of Steven�s friends at work who asked for prayer were getting married. One of the ladies in our neighborhood prayer group found out she was pregnant. I had another intense vision, revelation that I won�t go into detail here, but it showed me sitting by the throne of God and he was speaking to me. Then I saw Jesus with open arms surrounding all my family members. : ) 7-1-1992 Nathan accepted Christ and became a Christian. He decided to get baptized immediately and told his Dad that he was going to do it with or without his blessing. 7-5-1992 Nathan was baptized. 7-6-1992 I found out I was pregnant. : ) The babies name was chosen to be Gabriel if it was a boy and Heaven if it was a girl. I am sure you can understand why I choose to name My daughter Heaven. There is so much more to tell you. I just wanted to show you what a whirlwind of LOVE & peace your life will become when you accept Jesus as the Lord of your life. He is waiting, patiently but there is much to do and many people that need to be reminded about this choice. Will you consider walking into the light and helping others do the same? Something is happening again. Perhaps you can feel it. The Holy Spirit is being poured out as a blessing to all who will receive it. Now is the time to claim your place as a child of God. Please remember what you were sent here for. You have a purpose and it has yet to be played out. Don�t be afraid. Unconditional LOVE is waiting for you with open arms. After you have accepted Jesus Christ through faith... You will not be changed over night. Learning & growing are essential to the spiritual path. Temptations will still be everywhere while we are on this earth but having the Holy Spirit within you will help you learn how to turn away from sin and stay in the true light of Unconditional LOVE.
