His arrival in Vancouver in 1901 caused quite a stir, at his first Salon he so impressed the gathered Elders with his eloquence and social prowess that he was immediately made Leader of the Harpies. An ancillae whose deeds in europe are mostly unknown he is strangely silent about his past before coming to Vancouver. When directly questioned he simply waves his hand in dismissal and declares "I was studying." His quick rise to power denotes an ancillae that could leave his permement mark on this city. He is a kindred to be watched.
Astaroth retains both his position and his power in Vancouver. With the support of his Sire and his personal charisma he is still a mover and shaker in this city.

Summoned to Vancouver from London in 1906 Ophelia rose quickly in status with Ronwe speaking for her trustworthiness. Her humble and quiet ways give the impression of a Kindred unused to Salon and she seems to prefer to cling to those of her clan. She is rarely seen anywhere without another of her clan but she doesn't seem to mind. Her first Salon in the city and she aided Ronwe the Black in uncovering Kelly Jones's treachery and prove that Horatio of the Toreador was indeed a Toreador. Her magical prowess seems to only be second to Ronwe and her skills shall be useful in the coming decades.
Her quiet demeanor and shyness has limited her power and reputation in Vancouver but her clan has always kept her safe. She remains in Vancouver and seems almost content with her fate, and what more can a Kindred ask for?

Sent to Vancouver by House and Clan Tremere in 1911 Balthazar seems to be at odds with the elder of his clan. The rumors are that the Tremere Inner Circle is displeased with Ronwe's actions here in Vancouver and they have sent a watcher to monitor his actions. And no elder likes to be watched least of all an elder of the most secretive clan. But perhaps this all rumors and Balthazar is merely another Tremere.
Balthazar's role in the Chantry politics remains a mystery to this day. There have been no public disagree between any Tremere in Vancouver since 1911 and there does not seem to be any brewing. Whatever Balthazar's role in this city, he keeps it to him self. The only strangeness about him is his annual trips to Vienna. Is he reporting to the Council of Seven or merely vacationing? No one in Vancouver knows for sure, at least no one who is talking. |
