Ronwe The Black
First Circle Regeant
Primogen of the Tremere
Fall on us and hide from
The face of Him who is
Seated on the Throne
      -Revelations VI:XVI
The Tremere elder was one the first arriving elders of Vancouver, and in fact at the first Salon he was declared the Prince of Vancouver. Unfortunetly for him only three other elders were present and at the next Salon the vote was declared invalid.
The figure of Ronwe the Black is of a bent old man who walks with a heavy weight on his shoulders. His large black robe conceals his face from prying eyes but one thing can be seen is his one remaining eye glaring balefully out from under his hood. His raspy voice chills any who hear him to the bone.
He is an eloquent speaker and he is not afraid to speak of the Tremere's early war for survival. This can lead to the other elder's annoyance as most would forget that dark war.
Why he recieved a letter is mystery as he claims to have been in torpor since the Inquisition and why would the Fallen Prince choose a sleeping elder to rule his city? Ronwe refuses to clear up this confusion. Ronwe the Black has proven to be a powerful mage and most would be best to avoid his ire.
Ronwe has remained in Vancouver, strangely content with its backward nature. Perhaps he is pleased that the city taken from him has failed to become all that it could have.
