Leopold of the Toreador
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convinving the world he didn't exist.
          -Christopher McQuarrie
A Toreador in every respect of the word, Leopold's daring plans and social manipulations are so subtle and brilliant many do not know that they involved in his sinister plans until it is too late. Arriving in 1891 Leopold made it quite clear that, although he could rule the city of Vancouver and make it great, some one else was welcome to the Throne. Provided, of course, that the city be beautiful. Who Leopold supported for the throne is still a matter of debate and Leopold makes no effort to clarify the confusion. In his past it is rumored that he was once a great thief, but its all hersey and theres no proof. His past aside Leopold has proven to be a versitile Elder, and he has given his position of Primogen of the Toreador to his progeny, Mr. Mason. Leaving him time to pursue 'beauty in all its forms'. An Elder who gives up power voluntarily? Perhaps but things are never that clean cut. Leopold is sinfully good looking man, his striking features never fail to be notice. His sure footed stride and confident speech make him a modern Cassanova. Robed in the finest silks and satins Leopold doesn't so much as walk into Salon, he glides.
Leopold dissappeared without word or warning from Vancouver. The last time any one saw him he claimed to be 'ready' and the next day every black bird in the city fell dead. He was never seen again.
