Power has its Obligations
Antonius wished to raise from the hot ashes of his dead friend's city, a new city that would make the world jealous. His city would be a place of learning and culture yet strong enough to be respected and feared. In 1901 Antonius convinced the other elders only he had the vision and the passion to truly build this city in to what it could be. So far his rule has gone unquestioned and the city has begun to take shape. His city has begun to make him proud.
Prince Antonius presents himself as a tall noble figure of a man. His gaunt figure belays his strength. Always dressed in the finery of the age Prince Antonius gazes upon his city with love but when angered his eyes blaze with fury transforming him from a philosohper king into a warrior king.
In the eve of 1921 Prince Antonius surprised his entire city by Blood Hunting Igantius Elder of the Ventrue one of his most trusted Primogen. Ignatius had attempted to assassinate the Chief of Police in Vancouver, who was in fact a ghoul of the Prince. In addition due to their sensitve nature Prince Antonius had declared all Police and Media influences Praxis, meaning that any one who interferes with them shall be Blood Hunted. Apparently Ignatius believed he was immune to this decree. Prince Antonius proved to all that no matter who you are the Masquerade still holds power over you. Ignatius and the entire Ventrue clan fled and never returned.
Antonius rules still this day but with out the fiscal power of the Ventrue the cities growth has been slowed tremendously. Antonius's dream city is a stunted, backward city that the world has barely noticed.
