Tomoyo is Sakura's bestfriend. She found out Sakura was capturing cards when she filmed Sakura flying in front of the moon. Tomoyo has no magical powers but she is almost always nearby to help out her friend and to capture a capture on video. Tomoyo also makes all of Sakura's costumes.
