Your site must have a fanart gallery with your original art and/or fanfic written by you and fanart and/or fanfic from other people (giving them credit). Lilo and Stitch may have cross reference to another cartoon.
No broken links, no more than 2 under construction sections, you must have some original content on your site and whatever is original to your site must not be under construction.
