Dark blue 'PRIMUS Wear' bodystocking with cowled scoop neckline and red and white pinstriping down outside of her legs. No mask. Motorcycle.
Appearance (Secret ID): Tall and muscular, trim and fit. Auburn hair cut just below the shoulders around a face containing a strong jaw, broad forehead, small mouth and large blue eyes. High cheekbones. Tends to dress professionally in plain dark skirt suits and white shirts for office work, tailored.
Outward Attitude: Watchful and closed. Businesslike. Military.
Ambitions/Goals:
To continue the family tradition of military service and honor. To make her father proud of her life's work in memory to him. Hazy dreams of wearing 4 stars as head of an agency that protects the U.S. from threats. She has no interest in acting outside of government authority as a 'rogue' hero, either in a group or solo, on a regular basis.

Mother (remarried) and 2 older brothers currently in the military. Father presumed deceased, MIA during a peacekeeping mission.
Enemies
(and why):
VIPER and DEMON both have been opposed so often by PRIMUS that they are automatic enemies. Genocide suspects she is a mutant despite the government's claims otherwise. PRIMUS' work in the containment and capture of super villains results in residual dislike and/or fear in many but none target Wraithe especially.
Physical
Problems:
The Cyberline II effects are not fully understood in her system and although no significant problems have developed she has become more susceptible to the effects of various drugs in her system. Similarly the unusual chemical and hormone reactions would make any potential pregnancy risky.
Psychological
Quirks & Problems:
Rebecca has a deep dislike of criminals from her early days, feeling no pity for them and that they are a part of what harms this great nation and the law-abiding citizens thereof. Her father taught her the value of the United States and on a more personal level, of honor, loyalty, and a life of strong moral character. She neither drinks nor smokes and is a believer in religion, if not an active church goer. Belongs to no party but leans to the right. Her father is a driving force in her life even as he is not in it. His memory is stronger than if he had been there for her all these years and given her a high bar to overcome, possibly unreachable. Eventually this may become a problem.
Financial Status: Okay. She receives a government paycheck and has access to work related spending accounts.

Disadvantages: Her record while good (very good) has never led to significant upgrades whether by design or bad luck and her current career move, aligning with Col. Austin only makes matters worse.
Reputation: PRIMUS Agent sworn to protect innocents, and privately, something of a bitch. Her anger issues and somewhat 'bad attitude' are part of the reason she was turned down for the Avengers and other career advancement options.
Rebecca ignored her new father and anything else that stood between her and her
goal of following her real dad and brothers. The Fontaines had a long tradition of
military life and it was how her parents had met. She focussed on Track at school,
and gymnastics and scholastics, suffering through a short stint as a Girl Scout and in
dance and piano classes. She graduated near the top of her class and took a
scholarship against her mother's wishes, graduating from West Point. Unfortunately
her gender held her out of frontline combat positions. Still, she did what she could.
Assigned eventually to the (Green Berets?) then volunteered for PRIMUS (pg 106
C.Orgs) during a recruitment call. She continued to feel held back by her gender,
however subtly and so volunteered for the Avenger program in hopes of cracking
the barrier.
Under this cloud Rebecca nevertheless saw Austin as possibly her last best hope.
Renamed Wraithe and encouraged to compete with the Avengers wherever
possible Austin eventually saw Wraithe assigned as liason (spy) among a new
superhero group known as the Glory Guard consisting of patriotic individuals
and their offspring. As a member Wraithe was included in a combat exercise in the
Louisiana swamps against the Golden and Silver Avengers, where with much
pleasure she beat the snot out of them and took down the enraged Golden
Avenger himself.
The Cyberline II process has not worked for anyone else and is back in R&D.
Rebecca grew up in a family with 2 older brothers in a small town after her father,
a career soldier, went MIA when she was 10. Her mother moved home to the
area she had grown up at, with plenty of relatives nearby. Working as a checkout
clerk, waitress and dog groomer and eventually a bank teller her mother remarried
soon after the boys graduated and went into the Army.
Since WWII the US Govt has had a super soldier program. In the mid-70's the
Avenger process of Cyberline treatments was deemed too expensive despite the
successes of the Golden and Silver Avengers. Research continued and in the 90's
Cyberline II was tried on a test group and deemed a partial success as Rebecca
did develop partial Silver Avenger abilities. Rebecca was refused entry into the
Silver Avengers however due to 'the instability of her abilities'. Angry all over
again she was given Assault Agent training then assigned to Special Duties under
Major Steve Austin, Investigation unit at his request. Major Austin was known for
borderline legal activities in the pursuit of America's enemies and best interests,
and was suspected of engaging in black ops, but through a combination of bribery,
extortion and blackmail in the right places maintained his rank and duties.
