Conservative tailored suits in pale colors, black or grays. Hair either drawn back from her face or loose (straight, shoulder length with a slight wave. She drives a dark green SUV. Wears her wedding band, a plain gold one, and minor jewelry. Casual attire depends what she will be doing, ranging from jeans to khakis to formal dresses although of late she has worn the ShadowCross suit almost exclusively.
Outward Attitude: Elizabeth: Pale, remote and quiet. Polite and not unfriendly, a little shy perhaps but not lacking self assurance. Kind and considerate. ShadowCross: Cold and focussed on the path of vengeance. SC has no room for leisure or 'off duty'.
Ambitions/Goals:
Elizabeth: None currently, she barely even exists. ShadowCross: Vengeance. Destruction of all her enemies hold most dear, then moderately dear, then midly care for, then death slow and painful and harsh. Seperating Elizabeth from Adam is a high priority, necessary to maintain her existance and independence. She rightly thinks that if he could Adam would eliminate her from his bride's psyche.
Routine Activities:
Elizabeth: Currently none. Took a leave of absence at work. ShadowCross: training, patrolling, stalking, keeping up on current events in the underworld.
Friends/Family:
Parents and grandparents living. A few uncles and cousins, her favorite being Dr. McQuark (the weaponsmith/inventor). Also husband, husband's married brothers with young children, various cousins etc. No real friends in Gotham, newly arrived so has yet to make many, including her co-workers.
Enemies (and why):
Adam Scott, because the two are in a war over Elizabeth.
Physical Problems:
Slight body mass and drug therapy have made her more susceptible to a variety of drugs and easily drunk.
Psychological Quirks & Problems:
Split Personality brought on by trauma. Avoids all movies, books, etc of a sexual nature. Marital stress. Centrist politics, leans to the left on fiscal and international issues and slightly right on war issues. As Shadowcross she is highly competitive, vengeful and anti-social. Doesn't like men OR women very much unless they are asexual, as she is. Ruthless but will keep her word, usually, if given, unless it results in criminals going unpunished.
Financial Status: Wealthy, (husband's inheritances plus investments) but from a middle class upbringing.

Born August 07, 1972. Her family grew up in a medium sized town, father a fire chief and mother an accountant. She was a late bloomer and so didn't date much, focusing on her schoolwork and not taking them seriously. Also a little wary of the sudden attentio she was receiving. All in all a levelheaded somewhat shy girl.
She was accepted to an east coast university with a partial scholarship in gymnastics and track where she met Adam Scott. She was practicing on parallel bars after hours and soon won over by his careful approach then by his confidence and plans for the future, so similar to her own at the time. He began tutoring her as she switched to the law and they were married within a few months.
He graduated ahead of her and took a job in a law firm working hard and often late to get started. One such night Elizabeth was attacked coming home from practice. He blamed himself and devoted as much time as he could to her but Elizabeth didn't feel like talking. She drew away. Meanwhile as her retreats became more frequent ShadowCross began to fill the void. Eventually "Elizabeth" returned to gymnastics seeking the physical refuge, then began taking self defense classes, only strengthening ShadowCross' presence. Adam supported his wife although the moments when she seemed distant and cold were becoming more frequent. One night when he came home she was waiting for him, in costume, and introduced him to ShadowCross. He had strong reservations once he recovered from his shock but didn't say anything at the time. Satisfied that he accepted, or at least tolerated her newfound outlet Elizabeth relaxed and ShadowCross no longer tried to hide her late nights or occasional injuries from him.
After several weeks Adam thought she would be ready to end her ShadowCross 'phase' and suggested retiring before she got hurt. ShadowCross refused outright and left the house. Adam was correct to be concerned however, she went to see her uncle Dr. McQuark, who built her a staff weapon and pointed her towards a fairly reputable if highly covert company that had been working with him to create and arm enhanced beings. The process worked, although not performing miracles it sufficed to give her an edge. Elizabeth acted as go-between for the two during her brief periods in control, assuaging Adam's fears and angry hurt, and unable to control or deny her other half at all.
She returned from her 'vacation' to a peaceful home life. Adam however was not yet ready to conceed defeat. He attempted to win her back with plans for their future, possibly children, attention on every level if she would only 'stop'. But she couldn't, ShadowCross WOULDN'T, and the stress began to affect her once more. As Elizabeth retreated ShadowCross emerged more often and quarrelled with Adam directly. Against her raw hostility Adam's charm offensive turned ugly and he blamed much of this (wrongly) on her uncle's influence, encouraging her.
They considered a trial seperation after a period of cold miserable silence at home, but neither Adam nor Elizabeth really wanted that and then he was offered a better job in Gotham and they both thought the change would do them good. For a time it did, with ShadowCross learning the new town by night while Elizabeth found a job of her own. Both kept up a happy facade of marriage and remained civil at home, even happy sometimes. But always there was ShadowCross and often he came home to an empty house. Out of frustration Adam took to working late once more so ShadowCross happily stepped up her patrolling. There she met Gotham Maintenance (NoirBuck, Fletch, etc...) and it's leader, Batman.
Adam hit the roof when ShadowCross told him she'd joined the dark hero group. She left and spent the night at her uncle's rather than stay and be yelled at. Elizabeth called in to work that she was taking a leave of absence, and disappeared. ShadowCross began living out of busted crack houses off the money she found there, and other similar dives rather than return to the house and chance Adam undermining her dominance. Then, knowing he would make her life miserable after NightShade's heist of Gotham Museum Elizabeth concurred with her decision. Instead they asked Fletch, an archer teammate if she could stay at his place. Currently ShadowCross sleeps on Fletch's sofa.

There was also an extremely bloody fight involving a warehouse and a hardware store and knockback rules. One of the thugs attempted to escape on a motorcycle but Batman zinged out a microthin climbing cable in his path at neck height....
When Gotham Maintenance was captured by NightShade and his group of villains (including Grond), ShadowCross woke up tied, hanging from the ceiling in a subway tunnel. Wasn't able to free herself but was able to set herself swinging enough that the onrushing subway train didn't kill her. Between her suit, skills and timing she was only bruised.
