This a picture of my grandfather John Beverly Impson (seated second from the right) with some  friends he worked with.This picture was taken sometime in the late 40's or early 50's before he retired from the Standard Oil Refinery in Baton Rouge.

This a picture of John Impson with a his 1949 Pontiac. I remember this one. It had a flat head strait eight engine.I still have a set of keys for this car somewhere. This was taken in the front yard of the old home place.
