The game is a wargame that requires no dice, tape measures, models, or a novel of rules but instead ops for quick all-in-one style gameplay. The game consists of four areas; Your Country, Military, Cities, and Money. All of this made up of decks of cards to represent them, not only is this easy to print and use but are small enough to still read and yet can be stored in containers a lot smaller than most wargames. While I don't have the copyright to some of the units in the game I don't think the big corporations will be interested in a card game created by a northern English simpleton!
Anyhoo the game revolves around you starting your own Country or State/County by buying cities and upgrades for it that can produce money or enhance your possible military. In the middle of these cities is your Capital City which is the hub of your country and must be kept safe at all times because if you loose it; game over! However to get to your Capital they must go through your cities, and collection of bought units.
The Military is separated into five categories; 5M (Infantry), 10M (Armour), 15M (Airforce), 20M (Naval), 25M (Tactical). Each of these different categories have standard types such as Combat Platoons, Main Battle Tanks, Bombers, Frigates, and Cruise Missiles. However hidden within the decks are special cards with higher stats and even better abilities than the standard units and they cost the same an ordinary troops too! It could be the luck of the very first draw you may end up with something high in strength and tactics that could wipe out the other player in the first turn.
Cities are the objects you buy to increase the status and money within your country whether that is from Commercial Cities that produce the bulk of your money, Industrial Cities that decrease the cost of military units, Military Cities that are dedicated to the military and give the bonuses needed to improve yours, and Science Cities that allow the use of Tactical units and add some bonuses to your units as well as producing a small some of money.
Money is what you need to produce units, build cities, and keep your country alive should it come under attack. Money is measured in Millions because most military units cost a minimum of a few million to build in the real world so now in the game the money is classed as ; a 5M unit costs 5 Million. There is no Dollar, Pound, Yen, or Euro sign because the Country you have may not have that currency so it is completely unique and neutral.
