Canberra, as the Capital, has a totally different atmosphere from those of other cities in Australia. It feels like an artificial city. 'A modern city' or 'a city of the near future' may be more suitable descriptions. Not to mention those concrete buildings, even every blade of grass seems to be an artificial product.

Australian National University. I envies the students for their huge and beautiful campus! In the Division of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, I was lucky enough to have an opportunity to visit the teaching laboratory, where I saw much more advanced tools for experiments in very good condition, compared with ours.
