This week has been stressful for everyone on the team.  It seems like there is so much to do in too short of a time frame. Gah! I didn't know how stressful being project manager would be.  I thought that it would be laid back and easy, but at the same time i knew it would be a challenge.  In the Kick The Can Project, it seemed like the PM just made sure people did their logs and did their work.  So in that sense I feel like the position would have been easy.  As soono as Mr. D started talking about all the responsibilities and duties of the PM for Cygnus, I knew that it was going to be a lot harder than I imagined.

 

In regards to the comment I made about there being too much to do, it feels to everyone like there is so much stuff crammed into this small time frame that we don't know what to do with everything.  It just so happens that this year, Cygnus will only take about 2 weeks, when in the past it was 3 weeks.  So everything that groups did in the past had to be squished into two weeks.  I guess that's why the team feels like there is so much to do.
