Current Messin Around levels UPDATE: Thanks for the suggestion Joshe. Joshe's name now fixed. Preedy has received an honorary zero. In case you cannot read the chart, Joshe = 99.9999 and Amanda = 99.  previous messin around levels  Some rules: 1. You get a decimal when placed <5% and two decimal places for <1%. 2. The higher council doesn't care if you think yours should be higher/lower. 3. Let me just say this: other than in Sir Sketch's case... it is not good to be messin around. 4.
