I will try not to bore you with silly details here. Let me put it this way.... I started work when I was 14 years old cleaning toilets. After high school, I went to Penn State University for a few semesters. It wasn't my bag. I hate structure and I was having wayyy too much fun to learn anything. I always did physical labor, with my specialty being cars, car parts, car repair......... In the middle 80's I was working with a company that built custom dump trailers, BIG ONES! I worked 50 hours a week and drove 3 hours per day to and from. The conditions were bad. We never had heat in the place during winter and melted in the summer. I worked hard and usually made it to work everyday. I did take a few days off for illness and the occasional fun day! All in all I would say I was a hard worker and far from lazy. I bring this up for a good reason, you will understand it all later. But the whole 9-5 or in this case the 6-5 plus driving, for the next 40 years wasn't an appealing thing for me. I did it because thats what adults do, they work and have families, raise their kids and eventually retire with not enough to live on. So my path was set, or SO I THOUGHT........
