Q: When I go to the gym, should I cycle every lift?  That would take a long time!

A: I don't recommend that you cycle every lift, because it would take too long and wear out
     your smaller muscles.  I only cycle my bench press and squat; the cycle is designed for
     core lifts.  However, if you really want to, you may cycle multiple lifts.  For instance, Evan
     Keyser cycles every lift during his upper body workout.
