Lufkin's Pineywoods Purgatory
Gary rode the Pineywoods Purgatory October 6th. There were several hundred riders registered for the tour. Gary rode the 100-mile route. Club member Dave Starrett also was on hand. The name "Purgatory" was quite apt as there was plenty of suffering going on during the hilly ride which faced the wind for the first 45 miles or so.
