So, six intrepid cyclists it was to be, this year! Paul and were to be joined by Barry, a common (in terms of being known to us both, not in terms of his social standing - well, maybe, on second thoughts....) friend, and by one of Paul's work colleagues, Jim, and two of his friends. As for the name 'Wet Brigade' - well, clearly we were expert at getting wet on the inside, as the above picture testifies, but we also achieved a similar notoriety on the outside, during the days we cycled together - both before and during the holiday!
