| HICKEY TJ: [1] Michael Phyle, you have been found guilty by this Court on both charges of the indictment against you: (1) treason and (2) inciting rebellion. [2] In accordance with your plea agreement with the Commonwealth, you are hereby sentenced to a term of three (3) months imprisonment at the minimum security wing of the Federal Penitentiary at Devil's Hole, NeuBayern. During that time, you may not make any posts on the Cyberian forums or otherwise engage in discourse in the Virtual Commonwealth, including running for election or serving in any government office in either the Virtual Commonwealth or any of the Provinces or other political divisions thereof.
