Ham radio
The best time you ever spent money on!
I enjoy mobile hf and use an Icom 706MKIIG with High Sierra screw-driver antenna.
For a base rig it's a Yaesu FT-1000D and FT920 with Heathkit SA-2060A tuner.
For power when you need it I use an Ameritron AL-80B 1 KW amplifier.

My shack antennas include a
Cushcraft 13B2 and a Comet GP-9 dual band for vhf and uhf. On 6 meters it's a Cubex King Bee 4 element quad.
My favorite HF antenna is my 160 meter full loop (520') at 40 feet.
Rounding out with an all band
folded tunable dipole at 75 feet.
