| HERITAGE BOOK VOLUME II GOES ON SALE! Published in 1990 as a continuation of Volume 1 (1981), Volume II has been available for sixteen years. The Historical Society has decided to liquidate its remaining supply of these books to free up storage space, and to give "possible" consideration to a third publication. Effective January 1st 2007, the price for Volume II dropped 50% to $25.00. Cost for shipping the book is $8.00. Books may be purchased at each of the three libraries in Stokes County - Danbury, Walnut Cove & King - for the discounted price of $25.00.
