The ultimate aim of Yoga is nothing less than union with God.Inspite of all scientific advancements, even today human being continues to suffer as before from the beginning of recorded history the same force is repeated.
Harmony is called Yoga.
Our entire personality is nothing but the combination of body, prana and mind. This combination we call 'I'

The state of disharmony that puts the human being under the cluches of suffering. Yoga frees the practioner from this grip. The practise of Yoga creates harmony in the physical, vital, mental and psychological aspects of human personality.
Be Slim
2000 years ago the father of medicine Hippocrates noted that "Fat man dies suddenly" this is still true. Sudden death occurs so often among fat people that doctor's must raise a note of warning. In other words the longer your waist line the shorter your lifeline. So it is very important to watch your weight not allowing yourself to become too thin or too fat. Control your weight as ideal and normal.
Difference between Physical exercises and Yogas
Yoga principle means slow movements and maintaining poise and balance. Yoga is based on the formula of streching, relaxation, deep breathing, body flexiblity and concentration.

Physical exercises develop muscles whereas Yoga not only develops the muscles of the biody but also broadens the mental faculties. Morover the Yogi acquires mastery over the involuntary muscles of his organism.

Physical exercise emphasises voilent movements of the muscles whereas Yoga opposes voilent muscle movements as they produce large quantity of lactic acid in the muscle fibres.

A well trained body by Yoga helps a great deal to train the mind & emotions. But physical exercise fails to do so as a result great players and sportsmen are emotional.

Physical exercise needs more food whereas Yoga needs moderate food.

The real nature of Yoga Asana is to twist the individual being with the spritual being.
Do's and Dont's
# Do Asanas before after 3 hours of heavy meals.

# Avoid fast movements and dont strain yourself.

# In between Asanas if you feel tired dont forget to relax for few minutes. This will help you to continue further postures with good vibrations.

# Do Savasana after the postures.

# Do not wear spectacles or loose ornaments when doing Asanas. They may get damaged and may also cause injuries.

# Practise for few weeks is of no use rather 6 months to 1 year of practise creates perfection in you.
Classes are taken in various places in India and abroad.
