1. You must have some way to make computer graphics. If you don't, you may use these temporairily.
2. You must not use foul language while posting at the boards..
3. You must only post at the boards once you're a member- not before. With the exception that you are a click-and-take adoption agency owner and are posting only click-and-take adoptions(if you plan to do this, you must link back by using the banner on the main page) or if you get my permission beforehand.
4. You must actively participate in the CPC unless you have a legitiment reason to be inactive for more than one month.
5. Once you're banned, you're banned. That's it. No asking for second chances-you won't get them unless you are merely put on probation.
6. You must aggree to allow me to alter your graphics temporarily if any medical proceedure is done on them.(ie: temporary scar from operation, stiches, etc.)If you have a problem with this, drop me a line and we'll work something out.
7. You must not infringe on my copyright! Someone has already done this to me and you don't want to know what happened to him.
8. You must link back to my site if you join with both your membership badge and my banner(on the main page).

If, for any reason, you fail to meet the above rules of the CPC, your membership will be declared null and void.
