If your problem can’t be solved over the phone, we will arrange for a courier to collect it or for your product to be sent
back to us. This service is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Can I purchase an extended guarantee or support package from someone else? Can I purchase a PC Performance at a later date? What happens if you cannot fix my product? Cancellation Notice
If you are not completely satisfied with your PC Performance Pay As You Go Support Agreement, you can cancel it within 14 days of buying it and, provided you have not used the service, you maybe entitled to a refund of any payment made. You may do this by phoning PC Performance Customer Services on 0844 561 4000. After this period you can cancel this Support Agreement at any time, but no refund will be available. You may also give notice of your intention to cancel your PC Performance Support Agreement by writing to PC Performance Customer Services. |
