Annoying Advertisements : You might see annoying Ad banners etc dropping down from the upper-right corner or popping out sideways from the right side of the pages of this site, covering a significant part of the page. This is inevitable since this site is hosted free of charge by Yahoo Geocities. The interesting thing is, as you've probably already found out, these advertisements are highly relevant to the topics discussed in my pages. This is smart ! :-) Just don't be fooled by this and don't click on or download any of the products advertised there. Either wait a while for the banner to disappear, or click on the cross 'x' right on top of the banner (not the 'x' button of the browser) or the double-angle sign '>>' on the upper-left corner of the banner/pop-up and the banner will collapse upwards or sideways, as the case may be. If you click the 'x' or '>>' on top of the banner and that particular page hasn't fully loaded yet, then it might cause the page to stop fully loading though. At least the background music may stop . It sometimes behaves somewhat like the 'x' (stop) button of your browser. The only thing you can do at present, if you experience this problem, is to click the 'Refresh' button of your browser. For future visits here & elsewhere, try to get the Google Toolbar or the Yahoo Toolbar with Anti-Spy. Better still, also use Windows XP with Service Pack-2 as your Operating System. I've discussed this issue in the lead article.
