Welcome

Welcome to my kennels, here I breed Pure Great Danes and Greyhounds! Currently I'm training and breeding. All in training are rising quickly! If you have any ?'s/suggestions go ahead and contact me...
All dogs here are treated better than members of the family, there health and happiness is the first priority.
I gurantee their soundsness, quality, but not quantity. I strongly object to overbreeding/puppy mills ect... in and out of the game. My High Quality dogs are to good homes only if and when I decide to sell...
If you want a puppy it is a good idea to contact me before a litter is due because I usually have a reserve on all my puppies just after they are born, if not sooner. You can check out my dogs by clicking on the link at the top of the page or read about them below.

Most Greyhounds have to retire to start enjoying the good life, but not the dogs here. Therein lies the Gryhound paradox; "The worlds fastest dog (a Greyhound can easily clock 40mph) doubles as one of the most willing couch potato. Greyhounds often do a perfect imatation of a water spill on the floor. sprawling out in a relaxed snooze. They love to run, to chase anything that moves, but they love to be lazy just the same.
On race days eight dogs at a time pursue a plastic foam rabbit around a quarter-mile oval track, which Greyhounds do instinctively. For more about Greyhound racing see the Greyhound Cyber Club. My racing hounds are kept in the house in large crates during the night, but at the crack of dawn they are let out to eliminate and are fed in their large runs. Grooming, training and excersie take place in between relaxing, playing and eating. While most racers never step foot inside a house all the dogs here are treated better than member of the family and are often seen on my bed even.

Both of these breeds would saunter into the room, plop down on the couch and watch TV if you let them. Regular excersize, routine and attention is a must, but with these the dogs would be happy even in the smallest of homes. Neither are barkers and are lazy after adolecence.
  • Some of my Great Danes have there ears cropped and others don't. Why? Because it doesn't matter by the CHKC standards. They can be just about any color too, although I specailize in blue.

If you already have a Greyhound and your wanting to race they have to be GCC registered, so click on the link below to learn about that.
