Under The Rain

This is the first time I tried to make something out of photoshop that I owned ^^; Making the rain effect with a mouse was really painful and tiring Xx; I got this idea from chp3 - Choices, where Jun was running outside away from Minami (angst!) He's crying under the rain so that people won't know that he actually cried ;_; (poor boy...)
