| The Jicara all come from Vivaz Zifar, another really cool cyberpet wesite. This is some information I got at the actual website about these canines: What are Jicara? Jicaras are interestingly cute creatures. Jicaras usually like to stick to they own kind, they don't normally associate with other creatures, but there are a few that enjoy all creatures company. Jicaras are friendly to people but they do get protective about their territory. Jicaras are usually found in the wild, in packs. They create dens where they live, along with their pups. Males have fangs to scare off enemies while females protect their den. Some have been domesticated and taken in homes. What do they look like? They look like a mix between a wolf and a husky. They are about 30-40 inches in height and weigh about 100-120 lbs. They have big eyes to hunt at night and they roam the forest for fresh meat. What do they eat? Jicaras like to eat meat, usually fresh meat if they can catch it. They eat alot like wolves but some have a personality of a cute and friendly husky. So, there you have it. The Jicara are large, carnivorous, and very handsome canines. I really love how these creatures are drawn, and the community they come from, and I hope to have some of my own. ![]() Show Name: YM's Leader of the Nymphs Show Points: 0 Name: Saytr Gender: Male Parents: N/A Personal Description: Saytr is a real devil sometimes. He seems to find enjoyment in misbehaving, and he will often fabricate new ideas to try and sneak out of his kennels. For that matter, I have to take him out on 3 walks a day, and let him romp in the high fenced field outside to use up a little energy. Most days, if hes worn out enough, hell just accept being in his kennel. Hes a really sweet boy though, however rowdy he can be. Overall, if his energy is controlled, he is a really nice Jicara. ![]() Show Name: YM's Emeralds and Obsidians Show Points: 0 Name: Jade Gender: female Parents: N/A Personal Description: Jade is a very gentle, calm, and sweet Jicara, a complete offset to Satyr's personality. That was indeed one of the first reasons I first obtained her. She is a lovely canine, and is eager to please, like most Jicara. She loves to swim, and leaps into the lake out in our pastures anytime she can, which is about once or twice a day for 2 or more hours when we let all the dogs out of their kennels. Jade is a very motherly Jicara, which I have found out from her adopting of soft toys that resemble herself. back |
