yucca meadows

after visiting the home of the very unique Water Vaale, you began to walk towards the large stable directly to the left of it. whitewash exterior invites you in, while the warm oak wood in the interior makes the inside seem cozy, despite the tall ceilings and large area. odd stalls have long bars that reach all the way up to the ceiling, with doors down at the bottom. confused, and remembering how the other barns had nothing like this, you walk tentatively forward, peeking into one stall. a magnificent, noble creature with an air of aristocracy stares down his nose at you, eyes fierce and bold. Great wings are folded against his sides, and he seems to be the very color of air, with light blue feathers, and an ivory coat. His dark eyes glisten with wisdom and intelligence, as if daring you to think of him as just an animal. You stare in awe, wrapping your fingers around the bars. With a snort, he whinnies shrilly, followed by a chorus of answers from the other stalls, before taking off in a magnificent leap. His powerful wings pump the air, and as he glides about the top, whirling and performing loopdey-loops, a long, fine feather floats down to land in the outstretched palm of you hand. Looking down upon you from his substantial height, a deep neigh rings about the stable, and he lands upon a wooden loft near the top of his stall, peering intently out a barred window. By now, you knew that the bars were to keep the Vaale from flying out, and though youd never thought of it as inhumane, you were now sure that wasnt an option. A sweet, soprano whicker came from the stall next to you, and smiling hopefully, you slide in front of it slowly so as not to disrupt the mare. She looked up at the blue and white vaale warmly, before nudging something at her other side. A high whinny comes from the small creature. Peering past the mares golden colored form, you spot a tiny vaali, whose small wings were still forming. It was the sunny yellow color of its mother, but had the pinto markings of the vaale in the other stall. His mother flapped her wings once, before spiraling towards the loft next to his, and landing gracefully upon it, nuzzled the vaale through the bars. With a shriek of loneliness for his abandon, the vaali tried to hop off the ground, flapping his wings valiantly. However, after a few triumphant moments in the air, he toppled back down. With a snort and a cry, he lifted once more, struggling with his small wings to stay in the air. and at last he did it! darting clumsily but triumphantly towards his mother and father, he whickered proudly, landing at her side to flop down immediately. He must be worn out by his adventure, you thought. Looking down the aisle, you hope to see a few more Air Vaale.

sorry, currently we do not have any Air Vaale, but keep posted because we hope to get a handful soon.
