Today was another day of basketball training, we had basic basketball drills training in the morning & had a friendly 5 on 5 game at hong kah north cc. At the end of the game 18 players where selected to stay on, there would be a final 15 selection before the matches starts i have got no confidence that i would stay for the final 15 players at the look of the players thats still in, i feel that i will be one of the three to be out of the team.

Today was a sad day for me i was out of the main team after so much hard work. Well life is really unfair.

Mother's Day

I woke up at about 10am gone to Jurong Point to get something for my mom. I walked around lots of times thinking what should i buy. In the end i got her a card & a Titus watch & was not cheap :) . Had dinner at a Jap Resturant near my house.

28 05 04 I was really happy as i got 9.42mins for my 2.4km runi could get Ippt Gold but i only lack of my pull ups... i needed 10 but did 6.
