CyberEclipse's Software
is based on Xaudio's SDK.
it uses the SDK to decode the MP3 files as they are read from
the Hard drive in my Software interface.
Xaudio is very fast, robust
and supports all formats of MPEG layer 1 audio, not to mention
it comes with complete detailed documentation. For more information
on their product visit their site.
As for the LCD, a written
SDK is available in it's manual.
All the programs are
compiled using C/C++ compilers, which are available with any
Linux distribution.
MPG123 was used at some
point for testing purposes.
