Includes 1040, 1040A, or 1040 EZ and processing
of three documents (w-2, interest statements, etc)
Supporting Forms - $25/schedule.
(Ie Itemized deductions.)
Schedules, extra forms/situations & Tax Research - $50/hr.
*Quote can be given after initial meeting.
**Amended returns will be charged the same as current returns.
I can analyze previous returns for possible refunds, and you will only be charged
if I can find an extra refund.
Checklist
- All income forms (W-2 forms, 1099 forms) for you,
your spouse, and any possible dependents.
- Name(s), address, social security number(s) for everyone.
- Any relevant statements or tax notices.
- All property tax statements paid.
- Mortgage statements.
- Any statements regarding tuition.
- Any retirement account documents.
- Any tuition savings account documents.
- All business expense receipts.
- All charitable contributions.
- Information on any vehicles purchased.
- Information on any major sales (home, stocks, assets, etc.)
- Any exemption certifications. (ie Minister)
- Any documents marked “TAX DOCUMENTS”
- Previous two tax returns.
