First Love

We havent met for such a long, long time...
You have a son now who is indepedant as yourself
Yet I still remain the same
The same old fellow You once knew,
Still trying to ignite that old flame;

When you first walked into our class
In seventh grade you introduced yourself to me
With just one word and a brilliant smile;

Instantly you took away my breath
And captivated me with your style
You were my first love, girl;
Yet because we were so young then
We could not verbalize our feelings
You were so lovely, kind and gentle....
The prettiest girl in the entire class, thought I...
But I was shy and awkard then
And could not verbalize my deep affections for you
Then it was much too late
When we graduated we went our seperate ways...
Miles and obligations drifted us apart
And time just slammed the door upon my face...
Which led into your heart;
Still my mind could not stop thinking of you
And I am still longing to see you once again...
I wish you can realize how much you mean to me
And know the depth of my affection
My heart still beats a steady rhythm for you
You just cannot imagine
The love I feel for you, girl;

I long to see you once again....
I wish to tempt the hands of fate...
I wish you can still remember me as I once were...
A lad of seventh grade, young and carefree
Luckily you are not that far away
We called each other on the phone last night
And you promised that we would reunite..
If only for a single date.
I recognized your sweet voice once more...
But can I still recognize your face
The same soft expression round your eyes
That same giggle that was music to my ears...
I wonder if throughout the years
You are ageless as the sea of Japan
Do you still have that same captivating smile
Which bound my soul forever?
Still I reminise about those days of yore
When you were still a schoolgirl
And I a boy in seventh grade
Mesmorized by your breathtaking sight...
Yes, you are still my first love, girl!

My Heart Will Wait For You!

You accepted my invitation and promised me we would meet
Yet, God s will prevented our rendezvou
Only He knows the reason why;

After we graduated junior high
We went our seperate ways
We both lost our connection, after our long goodbye;
Yet time could not erase
The sweet memory of your face
And I often pondered where youve been;
My heart wishes you a happy life
You were a nice school girl ...the President of our class
I loved your gentle little ways...
The sweetness of your touch and your kindness
Throughout puberty Ive thought of you every single day
Yes, I truly loved you in my heart
Yet you did not realize my love for you
You were busy, I guess, doing the sweet things that you do
I remember on a particular sports meeting one Autumn Afternoon
How we held hands together
As we headed to our playground.
The soft touch of your skin
Felt like the silkiest glove
And you, unbeknownst were so naive
You were not aware of my adolecsent love;
How pretty you are, gentle Japanese girl!
A most intelligent girl at that!
Ocassionally you caught my glance
Yet shyly averted my advances
God! How embarrassing, yet how sweet
Those days of yore
Seems like a page from history
Yet to me it seems like only yesterday
Today I wish to rendezvou once more
And reminicse about those days gone by
I took the risk and called you on the telephone
I must have caught you suddenly
When you were all alone
We spoke of old times and good old times
And you promised to meet me on some future date
I was incandescent for a moment, Oh sheer delight!
Yet fate stepped in, that wicked guy!
He robbed my heart again like a thief!

Yet my soul is a surviovor, babe...
It seems it wants to persevere
I will wait for you, dear
At our favorite cafe
My heart will sit and wait for you forever!

Haiku Two: To You! (Revised)

Late autumn flower bed
A butterfly flying over beautiful blossoms
How pity your fragile life

I miss your music
diminishing every year for circumstance
the singing of insects in the fall

Autumnal Skies

Clear night in autumnal sky
Full moon, Silver, white.... Glittering
Crater is deeper in the shade of light
A pockmarked face is beautiful
Once rabbit pound steamed rice into cake
A fairytale it isnt anymore
Man landed there many times before
Man dared to open up that wonderful door
To visit and explore the uinverese and new fronteirs
Moon is the New World of the next century
The moon is an enchanting place...
A Star of the first magnitude
Jupiter is like a glass bead
She has a striped pattern
Recognize only four satellites
Moving out from my sight
Fast spin of the earth
I must follow, not to lose her
Impossible to see a space shuttle
Discovery is circling around the earth
Japanese female astronaut
She is twice in this space flight
With oldest American astronaut
They dared go where no man or woman has ever gone before...
And viewed the Earth from the telescope of outerspace
They say the earth is very beautiful
On their return back from outerspace they said
everybody can go travel to the universe...
Maybe not in my lifetime, but I will see
Tonight I spy upon the moons silvery beams
And dare to dream an impossible dream
If Glenn can do this, so can we!
For now I just glance here and sip my tea
It is impossible to keep away from my telescope, it seems
Let us sip a hot tea back to the room
And dream of one day reaching that silvery disk in the sky
Just like these Courageous men and women of Discovery
Who Dared to realize the impossible dream...
For now I will contimplate to view in awe
This spellbounding wonder of the Autumnal skies
And continue to ponder
How it feels to reach the stars
And view the earth from the telescope of outerspace!

Armageddon

This year is almost gone forever.
1998 is almost over, never to return again
There arent so many problems in this World today
Not so many wars, disease, famine....save for a few ecological problems
Peace yes it is peace, the world is at peace now
Who said the earth will be destructed completely
In the Twenty-First Century the Ultimate battle of mankind would come
Some prophets say that Armageddon will come then
Nostradamus said fire ball would fall down from the sky
In the month of 7 in 1999
In July of 1999 there will be utter chaos and mass destruction...
Sleeping phrophet, Edgar Cayce
Predicted that Japan will sink under the Atlantic ocean
Not until the twenty-first century will this occur
And nothing, not even science can stop this divine clock from ticking away
One decade ago, Japanese meteorologist has seriously said,
Mt. Fuji will erupt in big scale like the eruption of Mount St. Helens
He pointed out that day ,and became quite famous
When that day day came and finally nothing happened
And Mount Fuji remained the same...
Many groups predict that the world will perish soon
God will punish the sinner, That day is coming, "Armegeddon"
Pray, repent your evil ways...

Though, can we get away from Armageddon?
Should disaster strike us in July of 1999 as Nostradumus has predicted
When an enormous meteor does hit planet Earth
If I am still alive this time next year
Then I will witness this awful tragedy
Gods wrath will fill the sky with terror
And destroy earth with one cosmic blow
That will level all mountains of the world...
Mount Fuji will descend upon a water grave...
Armageddon is the month of seven in 1999!
Nowadays the biggest concern is fixing the year 20000 computer problem...
But are we concerned about Armageddon"?

Mitaki Buddhism Temple

Behind back the cascades as god of nature
Trees of autumn fire
Framed with yellow and scarlet color
Quietness in ginkgoes and maple leaves
The sound of a temple bell
Echo all around
Many statures of ever-changing Buddha in the grove
A cinnabar pagoda in the wood shines faintly
Walking alone on a stone pavement
A few of visitor to a temple
Nothing any breeze among the trees
A good sound of small stream in the precinct
Something had missed my inner part of sense
Came out from the bustle of my usual life style
Come up with some forgettable things in my part
Drop at a teahouse in the grounds
Drinking a cup of amazake in a countrified fashion
Looking down the pond by the store
Decade carp stay put under the clear water
Quiet as like enter into hibernation
Going away from this tranquil temple
Forgetting in a moment time
To return back to a noisy place

My X-Files

My mother had said to us as soon as we returned,
"She died early in the morning"
She is a middle-aged lady who lived in neighborhood
She has three sons and one daughter
Her husband passed away by atomic bomb
So she must have had a tough time making a living.
I know she sometimes she borrowed money from my mother...
She always relied upon my mother
Her son and I were the same age...
He and I were playmates in childhood
When his mother was dangerously ill
My mother paid a sympathy visit in her house
After her funeral, my mother recovered her composure
And said to us not a falsehood:
"When she died I was sleeping
Suddenly it has happened, I was bound hand and foot
Feeling a tug at my heart strings
Simultaneously, I thought about her
With sorrow in my heart, I should to help her more
Sorry ! Sorry! I muttered again and again
For a while, I could not move my body
Waking up to check the time clock on the wall
I asked her daughter what time she passed away
That time was coincidental...
She would want to say something to me in last
Thats a mystery, but it is true thing"
Thus said my mother who was dead a few years ago
I was ready for my dear mothers death
She was an old and grew senile
My mother expired that day
I was sleeping on the bed next morning
feeling sorrow for my mother...
AS I slumbered...
I grew unconscious
I could hear some dear breathing next to my ear
Suddenly I thought it on my moms heart
She might have dropped at me
Before to go to the land of the dead
I felt she was looking down on my face affectionately
I realized what was going on:
Gradually taking back to the consciousness world
Awaking from that in order
My mom was going away
After that day I never have under my belt such a thing
Are these things only an optical illusion?
Anyhow I will put in my X-file

Ruriden

Coffee shop ruriden
In downtown
Many shops and restaurants
Many bars in the night town
One section in the street
Rather wide space of shop
On the day off
Sure I drop at this house
Order a cup of coffee
Pick up the newspapers from a shelf
Seat myself on my usual table
Reading a newspaper
Listen to soft music
Aired by cable broad-casting
Sipping a coffee
With more a sweet cake
I'm not a sweet tooth
Taking sugar is not good health
Christmas tree decoration
And Santa Claus doll
Ornamented with flowers

Why should I come to Ruriden?
For relaxation of free time
Behind the counter
She is working like a beaver
To make a tea or cake
Dishing wash or cleaning
Accepting order from customers
Having served some exquisite menu
She must be a young girl
Not so tall, not so attractive
Knowing me as a regular visitor
Gives me a kind smile
Without my knowledge
I got to like her amiable manner
In my youth, I used to be attracted by beautiful girl
I didnt know such kind of beauty so far
Never could be changed to love from like
So to speak, she is like my daughter
We have a high age gaps
Paying the cash at the register
She fronted with me
When she went to pay
I intended to touch her palm
She did not shy away
Say thank you with a smile upon her face
Getting out with my happy feeling
I will be coming next day off too
To Ruriden

Lost in Space

You promised to meet with me in town
Though you cruelly changed your mind...
Twice it was happened
Then I called you once again to ask you why?
Oops! Her husband picked up the phone
"Who are you?"
I must answer my name!
"Come to the point"
I must reply that.
"My wife is not here. You are too persistent.
We have a family.
Do not call to my family any more from now on!"
"Yes I got it"
I must answer
Telephone was slammed the receiver down
After all, she rejected to me through her husband
She did not want to meet with me
It means I feel some dear feeling with her
Though she could not meet with me after over the 3 decade
I suppose that she was disheartened by manhood ages
I am a male, but she is a female
Such emotion might be different
This my proposition is one way trip from first time
I have to keep in mind the school-age image of my first love...
My acquaintance who met her said to me
"Let her image of that tender age remain with you forever...
You do not have to meet her"
I may have not any chance to meet her
I have a space in my heart for you
I hope not lost in space

Think on Meditation

Buddha did meditation
To take a spiritual awakening
In his way of effort
Be obsessed by evil sprit
For some times

Once I tried a kind of meditation
To ask for spiritual uplift
Sitting straight and in a cross-legged position
Joining my hands in prayer of my brow
Closed eyes and do not move of my body
Come to nothing state of my mind

Like that position is not long continued
My legs grew numb
Non-thinking means vacant mind
Maybe it is not a good effect for my brain cell
Some malevolent sprit may invade my body
Such dangerous point has on meditation

Buddha was spiritually enlightened
Not a meditation but a womans milk
He became emaciated for long meditation
A woman took pity so she gave him a cup of milk
This was a good opportunity to take an enlightenment
It cant say exactly about that BC 400~500 years

I stopped to do such a thing
Going on to space out of my mind for rather long time
It is not good for my thinking faculty
I thought it hard to make a calculation
The present day is busy enough
I have no time to do a meditation

Pandora's Box

Mankind opened the Pandora box
It was opened fairly early on by humanity...
Still Mankind do not reach how to manage it
Mankind is not mature in a mental condition yet
A bomb came to Hiroshima in August 6th, 1945
Drop a bomb, little boy, with a parachute
It was down over 580 meters in the center of the city
In a moment, a blinding flash never experienced so far in AM 8:15
Go with explosion huge fire ball with a diameter 280 m.
That surface temperature up to 7,200 degrees Fahrenheit
Creatures and buildings within 500 m radius was total destruction
Blazing explosion destroyed the house and killed the human being
Within a radius of 3 km was damaged and set on fire
The fire spreads over the city and burned down everything
(Black rain which is known with radioactive was falling down
Pandemonium reigned in the town after dropping A-bomb
People 200,000 out of 350,000 was died in Hiroshima city
A functioning of the city was erased out of only one bomb
Little boy has a length of 3 m, an axial diameter of 76 cm and weight 4 ton
At last mankind opened the pandora box
It wrecked havoc on our future:
Performance is rather up grade and miniaturization
The explosion power is far bigger than Hiroshima type
The world has about 36,000 nuclear bombs own to nuclear proliferation
Some nations are developing a nuclear weapon to keep eagerly
If it hold this weapon, to which a terrorist organization or a terrorist nationality
The world will be terror-panic-stricken at that time
The explosion of building once by terrorist doesnt compare with A-bomb
Prevent nuclear weapons and a ban on nuclear tests
Such a voice from Hiroshima undershoot the target
As a result of mankind opened the Pandoras Box!

Alien

He might be an alien
All the time he stays in his room
He weighs on his mind a trifling matter
Do not ramble in the crowded town
Like to watch the TV in the home
Besides it is animation programs
In the day time he is sleeping
In the night time he is doing something
He does not like to keep company with anybody
So never take a job so far and from now
Depend upon his parents
Parents is a well yet
He ignores any advise
He hems himself from around the world
Not any friends
Not contact with another people
Not drink not cigar not run after woman
Not fight because non relationship

He is not idiot
He had a good record in his studies
Something changed his mind
Something got out of order in his high school ages
A kind of mental illness might be
He likes to read psychic magazines
This is not his intention and not another hobby
His life seems meaningless
Without a break for ten years

Once I asked him if he has an idea
He talked back
Nobody does not understand my saying
Then I don't talk to anybody
Some kind of sprite teases me
God is testing something for me
Near future comes to an end of the world
Many people would be died in that time
On that occasion I will be grow up to the god

I blamed his thought
He withdrew into his shell
There is no help for it
For rather long time
Passing through his adolescence
In spite of his bitter experiences
He is keeping on his life style

He might be an alien
