Summary:
January's Tournament was a two vs. two. Any level hero could be used, and it marked the first tournament under the new rules. A total of 1 teams signed up causing a dissapointing turnout. There by giving Sir_Rolly and Sqr_cyber6net a win by default, striking two points for The Knighthood and one to each individual. Sqr_cyber6net left The Knighthood shortly after along with his tag.

A.K.A. DaSweetFreak, was the winner of the first Warlords:UnderGround tournament. Unfortunitly this was before the Trophy Case was made. But now everyone can come here and see his great accomplishment. Also, he is head of the clan, "The Four Horsemen". His idea was to get a small number (4) of elite players, and see what happened. Also, he is accredited the Healer era. He started useing Healers on-ine and they're were observers to follow after seeing what one could do.

He is reknown for his map making abilities. Has made a very AWESOME campaign for heroes in Warlords:BattleCry 1 as well as many AWESOME maps. One of his biggest accomplishments is thought to be the "Forum Wars". In which he took people from the UBB forums, and made them characters in the map. If you have never played a map made by him or tried his campaign, I recommend you wait no longer.

The man with the connections. He some how managed to get SSG to answer his emails and even send him special screenshots. For awhile his site has the best interviews (pretty much the only interviews) takin' by the Warlords community. But then he closed his site.

The Warlords:UnderGround:
-When the community cried out for a more energetic support, Warlords:UnderGround was born. It won over many fans with it's tournaments. At the time it was the first tournament to actually be completed. Impressive accomplishment at that. Slowly Warlords:UnderGround grew and grew, then it came up with another idea, "Nations Under War", this was simply a advance version to cwmagee's "War of Tears". It was based on interaction with other players. And was a big deal once the idea hit the GameSpy lobby. Today Nations:UnderWar is still thought to be the underdog and continues to show it's strength.

He was the first to really introduce an RPG twist to the Warlords:BattleCry community. His idea was to give all 9 races land and let them battle it out. Though due to particapation this was eventually closed. But we shall never forget what doors he opened.

This site, which is managed by Petawa, start'd out as just another fan site. But luckily it happened to be in the right place at the right time. When Mplayer was bought by GameSpy, GameSpy wanted a site to represent for each game, so they began asking for people to submit their sites. And as you may have guessed, Petawa was choosen. Ever since then Petawa's site has grown and become more powerfull, now he offers postions to others to help manage his site and moderate his forums. He was also choosen by SSG to be their "helper" by sending him a copy of Warlords:BattleCry 2 so that he may help answer questions and give us information.

Known for his unmatched talent takes on the community winning one after another. Not only is he very helpfull to all members of the community, but constantly is harrassed by foolish newbies who show no respect for a legend. He was without a doubt the best player to grace the realms of Warlords:BattleCry, but with more people joining in the war, one wonders if he can maintain his stake with the release of Warlords:BattleCry2.

He is acredited for starting the largest topic seen by most, "History Topic" on the UBB forums for Warlords:BattleCry1, he is also acredited to be the hardest working spammer on in the community. Even though he like High Elves (we've learned to forgive him for that) he is still greatly liked by community.

He is the head of the largest clan to every grace the Warlords community, The Knighthood. It was start'd in 01/01/01, and even today it continues to grow. He is also known for starting the Paladin era on GameSpy. To date he's still rated one of the best players and furthermore most influencal leader.

Mplayer provided a home for the BattlyCry community so that they could play on-line. Ask any player who has been here awhile and he/she will she with much confindence that Mplayer was a much more user friendly system compared to current GameSpy.

The UBB Boards:
The Old BattleCry boards...they were very welcoming and user friendly and thats what made them so desirable. After the switch to UbiSoft's boards in 02/02 many old players refused to use Ubisofts and many felt sorry for the oncoming newbies that wouldnt get to expirence the good days of freedom and hassle free.
