As a Florida Notary, perform notorial services.

Owner/President (Centillion Computer Services, Inc.) - Responsible for daily functions and operations of a business; providing computer consulting, technical writing and desktop publishing for businesses (primarily small businesses), and electronic billing for Medical Providers. Utilizing background experience and knowledge, this company provides information, resources, and capabilities to small companies and Medical Providers by allowing them to "out-source" services that would normally cost them to staff for and gives them the "look and feel" of a larger organization - thereby saving them money.

Microcomputer Specialist (City of Dunedin) - Responsible for network design, documentation, maintenance, backup, and administration; PC configuration, installation, and maintenance; systems inventory, documentation, and security; department and personnel liaison and training; design, write, review and update of MIS Policies and Procedures; design, write, review and update of MIS five-year plan for the City of Dunedin; and, interface with vendors for product testing, review, and selection.

Accomplishments - Within two months of starting with the City, designed and wrote the MIS five-year plan for the major upgrade/replacement of the City's computer systems (hardware and software), the upgrade of the LAN's and the adding of the WAN system to allow the City's communications to all departments; designed and wrote the MIS Policies and Procedures (none were in place at the time); and set up the requirements for minimum configuration of all PC systems to be installed for all users. This project was to take approximately two and one half years, at the cost of $2 million with the end result of all the users having voice, imaging, data and video at the desktop throughout the City's organization and bring them in the year 2000 being "year 2000 compliant". As part of the "ITT" committee (Information Technology Team), it was and is my responsibility to assist in the writing, reviewing, and publishing the necessary RFP's, RFI's and BID documents for the contracting of the necessary vendors to accomplish this major plan. Designed, wrote, and implemented MIS inventory of computer systems (hardware and software); documented, with aid of NetViz 2.5 software, the organization's present PC/network systems and projected WAN.

With background in Desktop Publishing and experience with the Internet, was appointed to the initial Web team to institute a Web site for the City. With at least one-year experience in Web page design, writing, and publishing, aided in setting up the standards and procedures for the City.
