Chicken Rice Roger
2 1/2 lb
chicken, cut up
3/4 cup
uncooked rice
1 tbsp
grated onion
2 cubes
chicken bouillon dissolved in
1 3/4 cups
water
3 oz
sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup
butter or margarine
2 tsp
chicken bouillon
flour
salt
pepper
350
Flour chicken and brown in a thin layer of oil. While it browns, put the rice, salt, and pepper in a greased casserole dish and spread the mushroom over the top. Arrange the chicken in the mixture, pour the bouillon over it, and dot with butter. Cover it. Bake at 350° for 60 mins.
