| CWV Basketball 2007 - 2008 Season After 15 years of dedicated and outstanding service the Catholic War Veterans Basketball Commissioner, Michael Smith, as decided to retire. The CWV Post 736 has selected Herbert markowski as the up-coming Commissiner. Her is a member of the Post. You have seen him around last season at RPCS and at teh Playoffs at Calvert Hall High School. Pre Season Information Thanks to the respective Parishes, their schoo lprincipals and athletic directors for the use of their school GYMS. The games will be scheduled at these Schools: CUB LEAGUE -- St. Pius X JUNIOR LEAGUE -- Cathedral JUNIOR VARSITY -- St. Michael's in Overlea VARSITY LEAGUE -- St. Michael's in Overlea Coaches, be remineded that the school principal must review your player roster and verify player eligibility. Please sumit your complted registration forms as soon as possible to Herb Markowski. If you need copies of the forms, please contact your school princial(s) or any coach you may know. Forms were mailed to the school on/about September 21, 2007. This season begins the 49th consecutive year of the Msgr. Hugh J.
