"Inspired by the Singapore Festival Winds, a combined band that was set up 3 years ago by Mr. David Anthony Glosz, the combined Alumni winds, idea was initiated last year and plans have taken place since. Comprising of members from the Commonwealth Alumni Band, Saint Andrew's Alumni Band and the Saint Patrick's Alumni Band, the band intends to stage a concert on the 26th of June 2004 at the Victoria Concert Hall."
