The forecabin.

The aft cabin was where I used to sleep when I was attending school.

This is the Promariner charger I mentioned in the auction. It's one of the best I've seen. It is fully automated/computerized, and is able to charge different battery banks at different rates. The onboard batteries will last a long time.

This is the head/shower combination. The boat comes equipped with a DC water pump for hot/cold water pressure, as well as a electric pump for the shower drain.

The teak wood hanging on the bulkhead converts into a real nice desk.

Most of the exterior wood around the boat were refinished, with the exception of the boards you see here.

The mounting bolts on the alternator were modified to allow this high output alternator to fit in the engine. In the picture the blades of the alternator appear to be dangerously close to the pulley on the left. There is absolutely no danger - the blades will never hit. The alternator body is fully pressed against the engine block and there is no way the alternator can slide a single centimeter. The only drawback to this high output alternator is the lack of an ideal sized belt (in terms of diameter) - the only belt I could find that would fit requires extra effort to put on. You have to initially insert the alternator at an angle in order for you to slide the belt on. Then you can fully seat the alternator. Not really a big deal. You can always purchase the original sized alternator from Yanmar or from eBay.
The oil stains on the floor of the engine room are a result of an oil leak from a pierced oil filter. The filter has since been replaced; I have just never gotten around to clean the engine room up.

Here is the rotted area between the floor and the port bulkhead I mentioned in the auction. The repair work here, I admit, accomplishes nothing and was poorly done. The epoxy paste was used as a filler. We still need to unbolt the old metal junction and put in a longer one, after sealing the rotted wood undearneath with more epoxy paste. Or you can replace the entire bulkhead.
