We spent most of the day flying from Mfuwe airport to Livingstone in a
crapped 5-seater plane. The RPS safari is over but we do have two more
days in Zambia. Our plan was to spend 2 days relaxing back at Thorntree
Lodge, before returning to Joburg.

On the way to the Mfuwe airport

Everything was trouble-free during these tranfers

No end to laughs during the rightly packed plane ride

How we were greeted at the Livingstone airport by Mabena from Thorntree Lodge

We spent the morning and early afternoon flying from Mfuwe airport to Livingstone airport in about 3 hours in a very small 5 seater plane. Mabena (of Thorntree Lodge) met us (with the 'mad' sign) and transported us to Thorntree Lodge. Mabena took us on another afternoon boat cruise (with his wife and daughter). We met young Irish newlyweds who were living in Austria and had a good long conversation.
We all agreed a trip to Botswana's Chobe National Park would be a good finale to our safari days.
