Here is a list of CD's that are HD-BURN certified I have used
Maxell disk's and they work great
If you don't need HD-BURN but want an RPC1 F/W then go to
The Dangerous Brothers
Do note that the
checks in this file are removed and it will attempt to
flash any drive in your system if allowed. Don't forget to make the
correct device selection!
Please read the warning.txt as it contains important information
PS.. This firmware
will not change the Device ID string from
"GENERIC DVD RW 8XMax" so future updates will also need modifying.
NOTE
FOR NERO UNINSTALL AND RE-INSTALL WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENABLE HD-BURN
